A research observatory.
A careful point of view.
ATLAS communicates a provisional research framework and the limits of its evidence. It is not a scientific certification body, institution, or peer-reviewed journal.
Why this observatory exists
States, transitions, and observations provide useful ways to reason about models. The observatory lets readers explore these ideas while keeping mathematical definitions separate from physical claims.
What this release reconstructs
Version 1.4 expands a small static bootstrap. The original complete v1.3 source, full historical 23-claim register, and original research publications were not imported. This is a new implementation from supplied requirements, not a byte-for-byte restoration.
What remains unestablished
- No distinct physical prediction is established by comparing identical optical formulas.
- The M9 G1 incremental-sensitivity gate failed according to the supplied record.
- RC-TX-18 used synthetic rehearsals; no sensor-based prospective acquisition was completed in the supplied October 2026 record.
- The historical 123/123 software-test result is project-reported and not independently reproduced here.
- The local finite-state model and uncertainty generator are educational choices, not fitted empirical models.
What would improve the record
Reviewed, authorized source material could support a fuller archive with auditable provenance, original methods, data, and limitations. Private research PDFs, identifying notes, and protected master archives must stay outside this public-staging repository.
Corrections
Use the repository’s review workflow to propose a source-backed correction. Include the exact statement, its supporting record, and the reason for revision. Do not attach restricted documents or credentials.
